Once the estimate is approved, we will meet to confirm any options that are desired and sign a contract.

A 50% deposit is to be paid to Springs Granite before we move forward, if the cost of material is greater than 50% of the total job cost, the material must be paid for in full.

Template and installation will be scheduled at this time.

Once we have arrived onsite, we will begin the process of making an accurate pattern of the areas where the stone will be installed. This process generally takes 1-3 hours. It is required that the purchaser and/or decision maker be present at time of templating. We wish to insure that all the requests of the homeowner are met; e.g., seam location and confirmation of edge detail. Please have sinks available at job site.

Springs Granite recommends that customers come to our shop for a layout of templates on material to insure that veining pattern and match are completed to your satisfaction. Certain materials do not require a layout, such as consistent granite colors or quartz materials.

First the slabs are cut down into the shapes of your project. The edges are then cut down to your desired profile and polished. Cutouts for undermount sinks are added (drop-in/vessel sinks, cooktop cutouts, and faucet holes are done onsite). A sealer is applied to the stone to repel liquids/stains. Fabrication may take 2 days to a week.

Installs are generally set Monday-Friday beginning at 10AM. You can expect an average install to take 1 day. It is required that the purchaser and/or decision maker be present at time of installation. A work completion form will be signed at this time, and final payment is due.
